1 red pepper

1 yellow pepper

1 green pepper

4 slices of homemade bread

Extra virgin olive oil as needed

Mazzetti l'Originale White Condiment to taste

Salt and pepper to taste

  • Step 1.

Wash and peel the peppers with a potato peeler, remove the seeds and cut into thin strips.

  • Step 2.

Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan and sauté the peppers for a few minutes, salt and pepper to taste.

  • Step 3.

When the peppers are almost cooked, add the white seasoning, continue cooking for another minute and season with salt.

  • Step 4.

Grill the slices of bread on a very hot grill and serve with the peppers.
